PRICING POLICY:
A) All prices are in U.S. Funds. Send Money Orders or Checks in U.S. Funds or include MasterCharge, Visa Discover or American Express Number and Expiration date. ORDERS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PAYMENT.
B) If shipped within the State of Washington, ADD 8 .8% SALES TAX
ORDERING and RETURNS:
We now have a PAYPAL Shopping Cart. They charge you at the time you place your order and the cart is fully secure. For most people, this is the easy, safe way of sending their order and is not a problem. Even though many items are custome made, seasonal, out of stock or on back order. Please note any ordering information at the top of the pages as you browse.Your money is always refundable upon request and is done so promply. If this way of ordering is not something you want, then use our email to communicate your needs or call our 800 nubmer talk to Ginny in person. By doing this you will be charged for your order when we acually ship it.
A) We do our very best to have a full range of sizes and colors on hand, however, we also have items on “back order” and must wait for shipments. Orders will normally be shipped within 1 to 20 days. If an item is “back ordered”, it will normally be shipped within 20 to 40 days. We will advise you if there will be an abnormal delay and ask you if you would like to wait for the item, be sent a substitute or a refund.
B) Returns must be sent back within 5 days of receipt of the item and will be nonrefundable if item has been worn, washed or altered. No returns on custom made items. A re-stocking fee may apply to other items. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned or exchanged merchandise and must be authorized by the Promenade Dance Shoppe prior to return

Hi, let us introduce ourselves. We are Jim and Ginny Lemmon and we started Square Dancing in early 1982. We saw a need for a shop in the South Seattle Area and opened our Square Dance shop near the airport in Burien the Fall of 1982. We operated the Promenade Dance Center for 15 years, moving back to just the shop and publishing in 1998 due to the loss of lease.
Ginny runs the shop, which is one of the most popular in the West, with a fast growing mail-order division. Jim is editor and publisher of Promenade Publishing, which publishes the old fashioned way, a clothing catalog and "Promenading around the Sound," a monthly "where to dance" magazine covering the Puget Sound area.
